Wait Time for VAB Hearing in Florida: 4 Hours or Less

The Florida Department of Revenue has amended Fla. Admin. Code R. 12D-9.019(7)(a) to provide that a petitioner should never be required to wait more than 4 hours from his scheduled hearing time for a valuation adjustment board hearing.
